JEMH summary from multiple sources

Filip Gawlas January 15, 2018

Hello,

I am using Regexp Field Processor and it all works pretty well.

I know how to create incident with summary "Summary try 1" or put in there number of incident "10745" and I want to ask, if there is any possible to create summary which will combinate both fields......for example "10745 / Summary try 1"

bla bla some text
...
Incident report 10745
Title: Summary try 1
Data: 1.1.18
...
bla bla some text

Can JEMH handle this or is it too much?

Thank you very much for answer and I am sorry if I am asking in wrong place.

Filip

Hi Filip,

I work at The Plugin People (JEMH Vendor), what you describe is a combination of multiple regular expressions to derive a single value, recent versions of JEMH have limited support for this.

JEMH 2.2.6 implemented velocity script driven values for the Issue Association section of the regex field processor, this functionality has not yet been implemented in field mappings however, so would not be suitable for your case.

An improvement issue exists to add scripted value support to field mappings: JEMH-6079 which is probably what you would need for this use case, I suggest voting on this issue so that we know it is an in demand feature.

Kind Regards,

Reece
