I am having multiple issues with quizzes for several courses.
#1 - A quiz is set up for the course, but after completing and clicking on the quiz option employees are receiving a message saying "You have no active tests to pass." This is prevention completion of the course.
#2 - The quiz has been taken by the employee, all sections are complete, but the system is not acknowledging it and is still not showing complete.
I am new to the system, but the previous administrator did not have resolutions for these issues either and just used workarounds (deleting enrollment, re-enrolling, and having the employee re-take).
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kellie Favor
Hi Kellie,
I'm with the izi - LMS for Confluence team.
I'll be happy to assist you. Could you please submit your request as a ticket in our system?

I'm suggesting this because, during the support, I usually ask users about things they don't want to be public (screenshots of their courses, licensing stuff and etc.). This post is in the public community.
Looking forward to helping you!
Warm wishes,

Was there a resolution for this? I'm experiencing the same issue and the only work around has been deleting enrollment and re-enrolling.

Hi @Kellie Finch ,
My name is Anna and I'm a Product Marketing Manager for izi LMS. As Kseniya has shared previously, during the investigation we might request some additional files that include your company's private information, which is why we are asking to contact us through support.
If you haven't done that yet, please create a ticket here and we'll be able to take it from there :)
