Issue with Time tracking field


We are facing an issue regarding the "Time Tracking" field.

1. Even after having the field on view and edit screens. It doesn't show up and if it does show up only for a second and vanishes. This is for Epic Issue type.

2. We have set a post function to set the remaining estimate to 0 when a ticket is moved to close or done, but the remaining estimate doesn't update automatically and sets to 0 without closing a ticket.

Is this a new problem, was the field showing up properly previously or has it been disappearing since the post function was added?

Yes, it shows up on other projects, despite having the post function.

Are you able to share the exact post function you are using (or a screenshot)? Are other projects using time tracking the same as you are using them in this project (IE are users adding an original estimate when creating the issue and logging work regularly)?
