Issue with IFTTT Send Email not finding Recipients

Hi,

I have a form that is sending emails to people selected in user fields. Unfortunately the form keeps giving the error message that the Recipients field is empty even though the fields have been completed in the form. 

Using [entry.field_name] doesn't seem to be passing the actual field value to the IFTTT.

Any suggestion on what I might be doing wrong? Is this something I need to send to Vertuna to have the vendor investigate, or am I doing something wrong?
