Is there any way to block some kind of client request so he doesn't see it?

Bom Dia

Existe uma maneira de bloquear algum tipo de solicitação do cliente para que ele não a veja?

Hello @Rafael Menezes

You can hide a request type entirely from the portal.

If you would like to show/hide request types for certain groups, then the third-party app Extension for Jira Service Management can do this (for Server/Data Center).

See: https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/customer-portal-visibility/

My project and JIra Service Management this visibility field does not appear for me

My project is not Server / Data Center

What tool do you recommend for this type of case?
