Is there an option to limit permissions on new versions / releases creation to administrator only?
Is there an option to limit permissions on new versions / releases creation, so only administrator (or other person) can add / create them (Please see attached print screen), but without effecting permissions of creating other issues of other users?
(Currently everyone has the option to add version, and it's causing "a mass", with so many irrelevant of them).
