Is there an Action to create a Branch or Run a Bitbucket pipeline?

e.g. When a task transitions to Doing Jira automatically create a branch.

Also when a task transition to Done run a pipeline on bitbucket?

Is there a way to create a new branch through an action? I would like to be able to create a release branch in Bitbucket automatically when a new fix version is created in Jira.
