Is there a way where Test Steps can be assigned to users in XRAY

Is there a way where Test Steps can be assigned to users in XRAY. Right now a test run and a test case can be assigned to users. Is there a way in XRAY where Test Steps can be assigned to multiple users. I have a project where multiple business users would be needed to execute one Test Case. e.g Test Case 1 has 4 steps, Test Steps 1 and 2 would be executed by user A and Test Steps 3 and 4 would be executed by user B.
