Is there a way to update tests generated by NUnit XML import?

I am using Specflow and NUnit in C# and I am importing the NUnit XML test results to Xray using REST API.

When I import, it creates a new Test Execution and also creates new Tests, if they don't exist yet.

If I update the scenario name in Specflow feature file, is there a way to update the corresponding Test in Xray, through the import of its test results? If not, is there a way to map the result of the updated scenario to the one that's already created in Xray?
