Is there a way to strip automation emails of html tags?

When an HTML rich email is pushed through automation and sent in an email to service desk members, it displays HTML rather than clean text. Any options in this add-on to display the actual content?  

 

Sample text: 

{color:#0A5287} *{color}[{color:#0A5287}{color}{color:#0563C1} * Client Success*{color}{color:#0A5287} {color}|mailto:support@dreambox.com]{color:#0A5287} *or 877-451-7845 option 3*{color}*

Are you able to provide a screenshot of your rule please? What trigger are you using i.e how is the email being pushed through automation?
