Is there a way to restrict user's from deleting Zephyr test cycles?

I am using Zephyr plugin for test management. I have removed all permission(Zephyr - Delete Test Cycle and Zephyr - Delete Test Execution) from user to delete test cycle.

But still user's able to delete test cycle

Any solution on the same?
