Is there a way to make the user fill out an additional field when he fills one out?

Example:

  1. User sets value for field A to "X"
  2. Jira forces user to fill out field B

The idea is that if the value for field A is changed, then the user should change the value for field B. Automation rules wont help here because the user is supposed to choose between 3 out of 6 values for example.

For example if a user sets the field "Testing needed?" to "Yes" we should make him fill out the field "Test Team" where he can choose between 3 eligible teams (Team A, Team B or Team C).

Hi Danilo,

There's no way to do that in Jira Cloud. Unless you force the value in the second field to be filled out before you transition an issue. But you can't make a field immediately required to save the issue when you change another field's value.

Thank you for the help.
