I'm relatively new to the ,Salesforce to JIRA Cloud Integration, administration. I cannot find any documentation that would confirm whether or not the configure/push/pull/unlink options on the Salesforce Integration panel in a JIRA task could be hidden from users. There are times a user has incorrectly pushed or pulled data that we don't want or need in JIRA or SF or unlinked the SF Case altogether from the JIRA issue. Management would like us to limit this capability, if possible, to only allow management to unlink issues or change the push/pull on a JIRA issue on an as needed basis. Is this possible? If so, how do make the change? Is there documentation that explicitly indicates this is or is not a possibility, so I can show management either way?
