Is there a solution to multi-select at level-1 with cascading at level-2 and level-3

I am looking for a solution to multi-select at level-1 with cascading at level-2 and level-3. I am trying the "Multi-Level Cascading Select" addon, but cannot multi-select at level-1.

E.g., in the diagram below at level-1 I want to select options 01, 02, 05, & 10. Then on options 02 & 10, I want single select cascading for levels two and three.

Any suggestions, or am I dreaming?

You can try Multi Level & Tree Field. The "Tree (Multi Select)" field type may resolve your problem.

I am not aware of any method (including add-ons) to do a multi-select at level one.
