I have JIRA Cloud addon setup in MS Teams but I'm not sure how to utilize search. lI can search for any string value in the title of the issue but using a wildcard for the ticket ID it cannot find.
Ex: Let's say I'm searching for a ticket titled "product failing to show information". If I create a ticket and it generates the ticketID like "POS-1234: Product Failing to Show Information"
If click on Jira icon inside team and type "product failing" in the 'Search Issue' bar it'll find it.
If I type "1234", it fails to find anything. What I want is to be able to wildcard search for say "POS-1*" for example and show me everything starting with 1, it fails...
What am I missing?
Move Work Forward with Jira supports search by the issue key, but not by a wild-card search.
