Hi,
I've had a quick look through the REST API but I don't see a way to create a backup of a JIRA cloud instance.
Is there one?
It would be really nice to be able to automatically create and download a backup file for storage in S3. Our customers have BCP requirements for this type of backup.
Best wishes,

Hi @jat_softpay
Unfortunately there is no single REST API which doest that for you - You can reference the JIRA API's here - https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/
Alternatively you can search for restore or backup in the Marketplace and you will find a couple app's which will help you backup data and do granular recovery of data.
Thanks
Vish
