I have a server with existing content and site-wide configuration I don't want to change. Can I install Zen Intranet without impacting that content?

Zen Intranet has an option to install in "Sandbox" mode. This will install only new Confluence spaces and a Zen brand without affecting your other content or settings.

The installed spaces all have the prefix "ZLI" in their space keys, so they are unlikely to conflict with your existing spaces. However, Zen Intranet will check first, and if any conflicts are found, it will not allow you to proceed.

Regardless, we recommend installing and testing any new plugin on a test server before installing in your production environments. (And of course, make sure you have a reliable backup system in place.)
