It seems that jira's default custom rules do not work together with the scriptRunner listener groovy rule.
In fact once the script is enabled on the listener the mail channel seems to be blocked.
I'd like to use Customer Notification Automation Jira Rule in order to communicate with customer but also ScriptRunner is helpful to modify ticket based on the needs of the project.
