Is it possible to set up SSO for multiple Active Directory Configuration?

There is multiple AD configuration in Jira for different domains. Is it possible to set up SSO for the different domains using native Jira Data Center? Or is plugins required?

With Native SSO you can setup multiple Identity Providers but you will not be able to restrict them to particular domains.
