I have imported all of our IT assets in to Insight cloud with individual objects created for each asset type. One of the attributes for the assets is jira user.
Is there a way to show in graph or other means, how many assets are linked to a jira user. For example one jira user has a laptop and a monitor.
I don't know if this is the best way or not, but I've found it better/easier for me to create a generic Person object and map Jira users, Active Directory Users, Customers, etc to that object, and then use Object references as attributes for all of my different schemas.
This also allows me to add additional attributes to the Person object that maybe are managed manually.
Thanks for your reply. How are you mapping the users to the generic person object?

My setup is probably different than yours, but all of my users are internal, so I know their active directory ID, which is my unique attribute in my Person object. That same active directory ID is the same user ID in Jira (our User Directory is a read-only synchronization with LDAP)
I also just realized you're using Cloud. I'm using the Server version, so I suspect there's a bunch of other differences...sorry. :-(
