Is it possible to export the worklogs of an issue during a specified month ?

Admin Fructufy September 6, 2021

I would like to be able to export the worklogs of one or more issues which my team has worked on during a sepcified month (the entire month of August, for exemple), in a Xporter Tempo report (a SLA report).

Is there a way to filter or group the data so that it fits my requirements ?

Or do I have to change the template ?

Hi @Admin Fructufy

Welcome to the community !!

You can certainly use JQL to filter the issues you want, and export the results (including the time tracking data) to a spreadsheet and manipulate the data as per your need.

However, if you would be interested in an easy to use paid add-on to get this data, you can try out our plugin

Agile Tools : Epic Tree & Time in Status

The app provides the following needed feature along with multiple other important Jira reports

Worklogs & Time tracking Report :- Track time spent by resources with multiple filters / category / grouping features

Please note that I am part of the team which developed this plugin.

Thanks

Hi @Admin Fructufy

It should be necessary to change the template by adding a conditional block to filter the worklog information.

Xray DC-Server doc.: https://confluence.getxray.app/display/public/XPORTER/Conditional+Blocks

Please get in touch with Xporter Support (http://xportersupport.getxporter.app) if you need additional help.

Thank you.
