Is it possible to connect one field from Jira to another field in Datadog?

We would like to connect two fields from Jira and Datadog if possible.

The idea is that if the value of the field in Datadog changes, the corresponding Jira field automatically changes value as well. Similar to how the Jira - Salesforce connector works.

Is this possible and if possible, what is the proper way to setup this?
