Is it possible to add a grid to create issue screen using Table Grid Next Generation plugin in Jira?

We have a requirement to add a grid in the create issue page of jira cloud site. We are trying to use Table Grid Next Generation Plugin for the same. Thus looking to check if it is possible to add a grid to create issue screen using Table Grid Next Generation plugin?

My name is Anastasiia and I’m from Idalko Support team.

Table Grid Next Generation is not a custom field on Jira Cloud, that is why it can not be populated on the 'Create issue' screen in a regular way.

As a workaround, you can pre-fill the grid with static data, or use 'Edit issue' screen to add data to your grid.

It seems to be an old Question, but the answer is yes. You need first to create Grid and Custom field, then you can add the custom field to an issue field.
