Hey there,
I have a lot of team members booking their time using the Tempo plug-in. It works great but, as I need to review the day's logs the following day, it's a bit manual having to go in and check out each user report.
Is there a way to set up JIRA/Tempo to send me an email of this multi-user report on a daily basis? XLS format would be preferred.
Thanks in advance,
Lee
Hi Lee,
This is not supported in our current Tempo Timesheets version. We value feedback and comments on how we can make Tempo better, so if you have a feature request, please create an issue in our Atlassian JIRA (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTMPO).
Other users with similar requests can vote on these issues and contribute by adding comments that will help Tempo developers implement the request.
As a workaround, you can take out a xml report for a day, using the Tempo servlet. Please take a look at https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO078/Tempo+Servlet+Manualfor more information.
Hope this helps
Susanne
Thanks Susanne,
I'll give the servlet option a go and also submit a feature request.
I really appreciate your assistance.
Kind regards,
Lee

You can do it weekly;
Go to your Tempo Settings -> Scheduler Configuration

Wrong. The "Scheduler Configuration" is for closing time reporting periods automatically, NOT generating reports periodically (the original question).
