I am new to Jira Service Management.
We are looking to integrate Jira Service Management with ActiveBatch for setting up the incident management system.
Based on this integration, ActiveBatch would trigger an automated ticket / issue creation in Jira Service Management for troubleshooting and resolution.
Please suggest if this is feasible.
