We are trying the Clockwork Pro version on Jira Cloud.
According to feature table it should be compatible with Jira Mobile app.
However when we open an issue in the app we cannot see any Clockwork Pro reference (link, button, field, etc).
We already enabled the "Show Clockwork in Jira mobile app" switch in Clockwork Pro app preferences.
We already added permissions to users in project permission scheme
Are we missing something?
@Amministratore Jira Make sure that you have the settings properly configured for it to show in Mobile. https://herocoders.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CLK/pages/2999746620/Configure+Clockwork#Mobile-Version-Global
If you have configured it properly then you will need to contact clockwork support - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219213/clockwork-automated-timesheets-pro?tab=support&hosting=cloud
I second what Brant has said.
When opening issue in your mobile you should see Clockwork glance, which looks similarly to:
...although with a different style (as my screenshot is from desktop version).
When opened, you should see the worklog details of the issue (+ a few actions):
If that doesn't work on your Jira instance, then the best course would be to contact us via our support channels, i.e. our service desk: https://herocoders.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 so we can investigate the issue with more privacy than on this community post.

Hi,
Now, after a weekend, it magically started to work as expected and described by you two.
I suspect it is because of some internal reloading / realignment of plugins in the Jira Cloud version.
Thanks
Leonardo
