Integration with MadCap Flare

My company is using MadCap Flare to publish the help documents. We also use Confluence for internal data management. All the SME's and other reviewers have access to confluence.

Can someone explain me the process to integrate the MadCap Flare output (XML files) to Confluence and get the feedback (review comments) from the SME's seamlessly.

I've tried for two years to accomplish this. All of my efforts and attempts have failed, and Atlassian doesn't have an answer either.
