Integration of jira with QuickBook

Edited

Has anyone got this to work - I've tried Automate.io but I don't seem to be able to figure out how to get Jira to provide the Client and Project right on the WorkLog fields that are available and showing on Automate.io.  Also everytime you add a client or project or employee you need will need to update the automations.

Thanks,

Dawn

There is a simple way to solve it and it is through zapier. Jira - Zapier - Quickbooks, an automation that does not take much time

Hi, @Dawn VanDamme

I guess you need to create invoices in QuickBooks from Jira worklogs, right? Then, you can try the Clerk Invoices Jira app. It helps generate invoices from Jira and Tempo worklogs and export them to QuickBooks.

I'm the developer of this app, so you can ask me any questions!

Thanks, but I gave up.  Using Jira like this was too complex for my use case, unfortunately.  We spent a lot of time trying to get the appropriate data using APIs.    I've pivoted to using Salesforce for this use case.
