We have an integration between freshdesk(cloud instance) and jira(on-premise) via jira plus app in freshdesk. We setup a webhook and seems working but if we create a ticket in freshdesk, crucial information is missing such as user name&surname&email address. Then we have to manually add all of those to Jira. Does anyone have that kind of a issue ?
We found an addon on for Jira which seems has the functionalty we are looking for. But it seems only for cloud jira instances.

It looks like the Jira Plus integration for Freshdesk is published by Freshworks themselves. Have you reached out to their support team about the problem including the details you want?
As for integrations on the Jira side, there are a few Jira Server compatible plugins listed for Freshdesk on our marketplace, but they currently all look like they use a third-party integration resource (in other words, a paid subscription to another company that does the integration for you).
I think Freshworks is in the best situation to help out here, as the Jira Plus integration they provide looks like the right fit for this job. A quick browse of the Freshworks marketplace didn't turn up usage documentation for this integration, which their support team might also know about.
