Integrating Tempo with Office365

I would like to integrate my tempo with Office365 to make easier for user to log their time.
However, when i go to view in my work tempo, i can not see the option to connect apps.
Am i missing something here?
I am running Jira Server version 8.16.1 and i am using O365 cloud (hybrid).
