Integrating JIRA with teamwork

Hi,
Can you please tell me what is the best way to integrate JIRA with teamwork.com?
Teamwork is a web based software for project management.

Which application do you recommend, if any?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Marcin,

SoftSync has just been released into the Atlassian marketplace, which synchronizes data bi-directionally between Jira and Teamwork, versus the products mentioned above which are typically more lightweight connectors that only sync 1-way.

You can try SoftSync here for free for 30 days: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224089/softsync-jira-teamwork-integration?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Our team is ready to assist you if you would like any assistance setting things up.

Regards,

Kyron

I am getting stuck after specific number of actions there , here is my query

Can you please check this and help me out ?

Is there any link with the "

Email notifications are off until 31/May/21

You've sent the maximum number of notifications in 12 hours for your plan. This limitation will be removed when you move to Standard/Premium (paid) plan after your evaluation period." message?

Hi Marcin,

There is a community post titled Solved: Importing from Teamwork PM that provides the guidance to convert the MySQL file Teamwork creates into a CSV file for import into JIRA:

Depending on your comfort level, you could look into taking the SQL export and converting that into a CSV file.

Searching around there are several articles on that. For example:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12040816/mysqldump-in-csv-format

If you get this working, you could then import by going to JIRA Admin > System > External System Import or https://<example.atlassian.net>/secure/admin/ExternalImport1.jspa

Additionally it appears there are third party services that can help with this too:

  1. www.pipethru.com
  2. www.cloudpipes.com
  3. zapier.com

Cheers,

Branden
