@Mashiur Rahman hello. As Rilwan already mentioned, the Jira Salesforce could easily be done. There are plenty of tools on the Atlassian market for this, one of which is ZigiOps (you can check it at the marketplace). As for the connection with Workday, you'd like to pull data from it and log it into Jira & Salesforce?

Jira and Salesforce integration can be done using add-ons available in Atlassian Marketplace. 

Example: Connector for Salesforce & Jira , Exalate etc

For workday, I would suggest to get in touch with workday vendor for details.
