I'm using 'Intercom For Jira' to integrate, Intercom into JIRA.
I wonder if there's any way to integrate user custom field in Intercom into Jira issue when creating issue from Intercom.
Here's the case,
- Intercom Side
I have 'vendorId' as custom field of Intercom Users
And, while our admin chatting with the users, (vendorId:1234, let's say), our admin create JIRA issue using, 'Intercom for Jira'
And, I've created, 'vendorId' custom field in JIRA issue configuration.
Is there anyway, 'Intercom For JIRA' to send data '1234' into JIRA issue when creating issue?
