All the Artifacts can be integrated bi-directionally between JIRA and HP ALM with OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM). In this case, the System/Custom fields can be mapped to synchronize between Jira and Micro Focus ALM. OIM is a standalone application that connects to the end systems (in this case Jira and Micro Focus ALM/QC).

When I used google to search for "jira cloud integrate with microfocus alm" I got a few Marketplace apps that you can add to JIRA to support the integration.
