Installing a Groovy Script

D August 10, 2011

Hi,

I've been working with Jira for 3 days now and would like to know the following.

Where/How do I install my groovy scripts so that they will execute when I close an issue in Jira. I have the Groovy Runner installed by have no idea how to get a script to run except by clicking run now on the admin panel.

I've tried multiple forums posts but have yet to find an answer.

Many Thanks

Don

Have you tried adding a workflow post-function to transitions that close issues? The post-function name is 'Script Post-Function'.
