Insights Automation - create/update an issue in Jira Software after the Asset is created/updated

Hello,

I'd like to create an automation rule for: as soon as the Asset has been created or updated in Insights, the automation creates or update an issue in Jira Software.

The goal is make sure that all Assest will have a corresponding issue in Jira Software project.

Is it possible? Could someone help me?
