We currently have the object configured to fill the field based on the user that owns the asset in Insight. This only works if the issue is created within Jira but does not work if the issue was created from an incoming email. How can we get it to auto-fill the custom field with the asset owned by the user submitting the issue? I do know about the "Make Filter Assign Strict" option, but I would like to be able to change the field and not be overridden by the rule.
