I have seen that Atlassian release Insight which sounds like a tool like Discovery in Service Now.
We have a customer project where there request if Jira CLoud or Data Center can be safely used wih InSight and builld correct discovery of Assets and CI on the customer network
We need to be 100 percent sure about its fucntionnality and peformance but also the proper way to link an incident to an asset or ci.
Does any of you have already us it and can give us feeling and feedback of their experience with it as well as main issue find out ?
I have a feeling that this tool is quite new to give us a real return of experience compare to ServiceNOw CMDB and Discovery.
