I'm still learning on jira but I have encountered the below issue that I'm not sure if it can happen or if it can, where I'm going wrong:
We currently have an insight field which pulls our data from Insight (laptops, servers, etc) on our issue type Service Request. We then want to add another field (read only) which would pull back the attribute of 'status' if a laptop ID was entered into the first insight field (asset).
I'm not sure how I configure this so only the status of the laptop is pulled back when the laptop ID is entered into the asset field - I entered the below but doesn't seem to be working. I also can't get the read only field to show on the ticket, I've checked to ensure it is configured on the correct screens, re-indexed the project etc..
Any help is greatly appreciated.
