Insight REST API: Return the attribute of a referenced object

I am using Insight v8.3.1.

I am querying for a specific object (Object A) using an endpoint like "/rest/insight/1.0/object/navlist/iql"

One of its attributes references a different object (Object B).  When querying Object A, can I return attributes from Object B in the response payload?

Does a later version of Insight support this in their API?

It turns out that the 8.3 version of API accepts the includeAttributesDeep parameter which is documented only in later versions of the API.  No this creates lots of extra nesting, but gets me the data I need.

How about /rest/insight/1.0/object/{id}/attributes to retrieve the list of attributes?  You can then treat the result as an array.

I do most of my scripting in PowerShell, so after assigning the output of that rest call to $attributes, I might do something like this:

$attributeBusinessUnit = ($attributes | where-object    {$ -eq "Business Unit"});

$values = $attributeBusinessUnit.objectAttributeValues.value
