In our service desk portal request form, we have few Custom fields that are of Insight Object/s. Based on user selection of values in each field, we have a requirement of updating two fields during the course of workflow:
1) There is a status that is configured with Approvals, so, Issue field (Approvers) should be populated with an Attribute value of the Object that was selected
2) Update Assignee field for another status where it determines who is implementing the Issue, that value we are looking up from an Attribute of the object that was selected
Need help in constructing Groovy scripts. Insight documentation is not that helpful for my scenario. I sincerely request the community not to share the below links where i had already gone through,
