Insight Error: Couldn't list all existing personal access tokens

First of all, I'm new in Insight, so my experience with it is really limited.

Some weeks ago I started playing with Insight for Jira Cloud. Since it seemed to me that it's not possible to backup or export data, I started programming my own backup through the Insight Rest API. I had to create an Insight Access Token, which worked as a charm.

Now I'm trying to  resume this process, but it seems I cannot read my Access Token. When I go into the section "Insight Access Tokens", I cannot see any Token (could it be expired?). If I try to create a new one, then two errors appear:

* Something went wrong!
  Couldn't list all existing personal access tokens.
* Something went wrong!
  Coldn't create a personal access token.

Any idea about what's happening?

Thanks in advance

OK, it seems it was a temporary problem as now, after not working for a few hours, it seems to be working again.
