Insight Custom Field in Reports showing Key

I imported objects from our internal database and created JIRA insight custom fields. When we are reporting these data fields (using AOI or the table filter in Confluence) the object key is appearing. Can we remove the object key when reporting on the insight custom fields? I have attached a picture of the issue
