By default, "Issue comment limit" is set to 50. We are hitting this limit. I tried increasing the number to 100. But the change does not take effect.
Is there any other place I need to change too?
No, that should do it, if you are finding that such single field edits are not saving, I think you may have run into a configuration bug, to temporarily fix, disable the plugin and re-enable, this change will then work.
