In the same rule can a created story be linked to a crated test listed as "tested by"?

I am creating a Jira rule that when I create an epic stories with linked tests are automatically created. This is a what I'm looking to do:

Create Epic

      Story #1 created linked to the Epic

      Test Case #1 created linked to Story #1 as "tests"

      Story #2 created linked to the Epic

      Test Case #2 created linked to Story #2 as "tests"

      Story #3 created linked to the Epic

      Test Case #3 created linked to Story #3 as "tests"

      Story #4 created linked to the Epic

      Test Case #4 created linked to Story #4 as "tests"

Is this possible?
