[serenity+cucumber+jira+jenkins+integration]
I have 3 features in automation suite, cucumber.json is generated successfully.
When json is imported in Jira on a TestExecution ticket (using api rest/raven/1.0/import/execution/cucumber), it updates status Pass/Fail on all 3 testcases related to 3 features.
But the Context section under Results is empty for first 2 testcases and is updated properly on 3rd testcase only.
This will require a full analysis of your test configuration and the report used.
So it is best to contact Xray Support (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com) to request additional information and help further.
It is necessary to troubleshoot the cause, and the best approach is to have a support team member handling your case since causes may differ from one customer's instance to another.
Thank you.
Kind regards,

Hello @irannapattar ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I have moved your question to the Marketplace apps & Integrations section and I have added the addon-com.xpandit.plugins.xray tag to this post in order to increase the chances to get an answer.
However, in case you won't manage to get help from the other community members on this topic, you can get in touch with the vendor by using the resources listed in the support tab of the marketplace listing for the app:
