Import test cases from Feature File to specific xray test repository folder

Edited

Hi,

I am using below post method to import cucumber test cases from a feature file to xray using postman.

https://xray.cloud.xpand-it.com/api/v2/import/feature?projectKey=QA. which imports tests to Jira and there after I need to manually move theses tests to required folders

I would like to know on how to import the test cases within the feature file to a specific folder within the Test repository using xray API.

Hi @Jagadish Gubbi

Currently, that feature does not exist in Xray. You may use a second API request using GraphQL to add the Test to a folder: https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/doc/graphql/addteststofolder.doc.html

We have this improvement suggestion (https://jira.getxray.app/browse/XRAYCLOUD-3673) reported and gathering the interest of our customers to add the Tests based on the folders found in a zip of feature files.
Please vote and watch it so that you can receive email alerts.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Rogerio Paiva [Xray Support Team]
