Import data and multiple project scheme in profields

d3bgger February 3, 2014

Hello

1. is there a way i can assign multiple projects in a scheme at once without having to go to each and every project and assign a scheme ? (~200 projects this would be a pain)

2. is there a way i can import data for fields for many projects with an excel or something? Or do i have to copy paste values for all fields... for all my projects? (another pain)

thanks in advance

First of all, sorry for the delay in my response.

We have similar features in the product backlog but we aren't going to implement them yet.

At the moment you have the REST Api to help you. You can do multiple operations with the Rest but this solution needs a little development on your side.

Rest Documentation: http://profields.rest.deiser.com/

The service I think solves your points are:

1) http://profields.rest.deiser.com/3.2/#/project/%7Bid%7D/associatescheme/%7BschemeId%7D

2) http://profields.rest.deiser.com/3.2/#/scheme/%7Bid%7D/add/%7BfieldId%7D

If you have any doubt, let me know, I'll be quick :D

Regards
