Images in JIRA automated emails

I have created an automated rule so when the ticket transitions from a specific status to another specific status, send an email to a specific user with the description field of the ticket to request approval, most of the times the tickets have images on that description field so those are not being rendered in the email that is being sent.

Any one has a possible solution for this?

This is because they're not embedded in the emails. Is this with Jira Service Desk perhaps? Server or Cloud?

Hi Boris, thanks for your reply. This is JIRA Cloud, and yes, the images are not embedded in the emails, are embedded in the description field of each ticket.

Hi @Santiago Arcila I'm facing the same issue: mails with descriptions are quite unreadable. Have you managed to overcome the problem?
