IP Range discovery was done but the output ZIP file is not present in "scans" folder

IP Range discovery using "Insight Discovery" cloud version tool was done but the output ZIP file is not present in "scans" folder. I have selected the Export Type as "None" in discover tool setting.

Did you get something from the Discovery logs?

Perhaps the results from the hosts couldn't be retrieved.
